I am glad to share one of my latest in-home baby photography sessions.
You know when you meet someone who you get along with immediately, and it is like you’ve known them for a long time?
Well, that’s what it felt like when I met the mom S., her husband, her 6-year-old daughter, and her 6-month-old baby girl. This lovely expat family from India opened their home to my signature half-day documentary family session in such an honest and welcoming way.
We started this in-home baby photography session when they were gathering for breakfast. Then, from breakfast onwards, I captured so many moments of family love, friendship, and joy. I was also in awe of how much the parents were involved and care for their kids.
The dad was so hands-on and present in every single moment. And the mom! She showed so much affection towards her daughters, which I personally connected with really well considering that I kiss my toddler and baby every chance that I get.
And let’s not forget the girls! The older child had such a personality. And the baby girl was so sweet and friendly, not to mention adorable with those chubby cheeks and legs, giving me lots of honest, baby moments that I was fortunate to capture.
